Project Management
- The primary responsibility of a project manager is to make sure that all the goals of the PHabLAB will be done within the given constraints and will help organize the process.
- The Project Manager will work closely with the team to acheive goals and meet the success criteria during installation.
- They will be planning, executing, and controlling the PHabLAB installation process.
- Coordinate all aspects of installation; including furniture, graphics, equipment, shipments, installers and initial equipment orientation.
